It may take some time, but before you apply, track down the relevant paperwork. This will facilitate the loan application process immensely.

Here's a list of information we'll need from you:

• Name, current address, and social security number.
• Previous address (if at current address for less than two years).
• Name, address, and telphone number of employers for past two years.
• Current monthly income including base salary, overtime, bonuses, commissions, dividends/interest, rental income, and other income.
• List of current assets including:
  - Name, address, and account number for all bank accounts.
  - Value of stocks and bonds, life insurance, automobiles, net worth of businesses owned, and other assets.
  - Address, present market value, movrtgage balance, liens (if any), mortgage payment, insurance and taxes, for all real estate owned.
• List of current liabilities including:
  - Name, address, account number, monthly payment, and unpaid balance for all debtors.
  - Alimony, child support, and other payments owed.
